The Planning and Architectural team navigated extensive consultation with Surrey Wildlife Trust, The Highways Authority, Flood Risk Consultants and National Power Network to develop a Planning Strategy and Design that provides a contextually and commercially viable development.

Runnymead Council ultimately approved the development via delegated authority considering this an appropriate scheme that “would not be a cramped or dominant form of development”.
