Permission granted for a new Paragraph 79 (now Para 80) house. Located in the Green Belt and Surrey Hills AONB, we secured permission for a new dwelling.

An exciting contemporary design (by scheme architects Eldridge London). The application went through a series of Design Panel reviews with the eventual conclusion that this represents an outstanding design.

Permission was granted by Planning Committee for a new dwelling to replace an existing garage in Collindale, LB Barnet.

The permission followed two previous refusals, but through considerable work with Barnet Council Planning Officers the scheme was reduced and amended and eventually received the support of the Committee.
