About Us
Geographically, our main areas of work include Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and parts of London. We do provide advice on projects in other areas, depending on their scale and nature. Planit Consulting specialises in developments in Green Belt and sensitive countryside locations.
Our projects range from residential extensions and new dwellings to new commercial and leisure development. We are also able to provide services for farm and land owners on agricultural development and Changes of Use. Our team will provide a bespoke service, ensuring that we match the strengths of our Consultants to each project.
Our services provide full monitoring through the application period and attendance at Planning Committee if required. We offer project management throughout the process. This may include obtaining input from professionals from a variety of different disciplines. We have the knowledge and experience to be able to manage relationships with external Consultants, Architects and the Council. We can eliminate any stress involved in the application process, and carry out any follow up Appeal or Enforcement work.
We work with many Architects and can recommend a range of practices suitable for individual projects. Our in-house Architect can provide drawings for small domestic and commercial projects. For complex legal cases, we have direct access to the Planning Bar.
