A significant proportion of our work is located within the Surrey Hills National Landscape, the South Downs National Park, Areas of Great Landscape Value, and the surrounding Green Belt. These are among the most desirable — and most demanding — locations to build in the UK. Navigating planning policy, design sensitivity, and construction constraints in these areas requires considerable expertise and strategic thinking to avoid unnecessary cost, delay, and stress.
