Initial Consultation & Feasibility:
We visit your home to undertake a measured survey, discuss your requirements and assess the design, structural and planning constraints of your specific project.
Concept Design:
We develop initial drawings and 3D computer modelling, helping you visualise our design thinking.
Design Development:
Once a concept is agreed, we refine the designs in plan and elevation whilst maintaining constant client contact.
Planning Drawings:
We provide a full drafting service for plans, elevations and supporting visuals that meet council validation requirements, relevant standards, regulations and policy.
Planning Submission:
We handle the entire submission process with councils like Waverley, Guildford, South Downs or Mole Valley
Post Approval Advice:
We can advise on the next steps for Building Control requirements and referral to our trusted contractor partners.
