Planit Consulting have acted for Fitzpatrick Referrals for a number of years and have secured permission for various developments within their complex to support this specialist veterinary practice. The business is located just outside Godalming and provides specialist clinic services under the guidance of ‘Super vet’ take out space between super and vet Noel Fitzpatrick.
In 2017, planning permission was secured for an extension to the car park (to provide over 200 spaces) and a dog walking area, again to support the growing needs of the business.
In 2025 permission was sought and secured for further extensions to the (take out) both the ‘FIRST’ building and original buildings to allow for improved post operative care facilities, replacement MRI scanner and staff rest areas.
We continue to advise the practice on planning matters as the business develops.
