Guildford City Football Club

It has minimal visual impact due to its contained location within the stadium and does not affect nearby residential properties given the distance and surrounding woodland. Importantly, the seating improved health and safety by replacing informal use of concrete terraces with proper spectator accommodation, supporting the club’s operations and community role.
